Thermal Power Plant

EGAT considered that RATCH-
Lao Services is a Lao legal entity
that has good understanding
and flexibility in efficiently
coordinating all activities in Lao
PDR and, therefore, hired the
company to recruit technicians
to handle Hongsa Thermal
Power Plant operations and
ma i ntenance . RATCH- Lao
Services would recruit personnel
at the required number and
qualifications stated in the
contract by EGAT. The service
period is 40 months (Mar 2014
– Jun 2017) and contract value
is Baht 87 million.
